Is there an easy way to measure egg whites?       03/29/04 01:12 PM Edit Reply Quote Vicam Reged: 02/24/04 Posts: 1955 Loc: Ontario, Canada The egg whites I buy come in a carton that says it contains the equivalent to 8 egg whites. When a recipe calls for one, I find it hard to measure it out. Obviously if I have a full carton I could just take an 1/8 of the carton, but when I don't have full carton I'm lost. Does anyone know an easy way to measure out egg whites? For example, is one egg white a tablespoon? 2 tablespoons? Thanks! Kelly Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
