Re: Need some support!       03/26/04 06:07 PM Edit Reply Quote tinany Reged: 03/24/04 Posts: 4 hi, i am also new to this forum. but it does feel good to know that i am not alone. i too have had ibs (unknown) to recently since i was about 18 now i am 41. it has gotten progressively worse through the years. i am just now learning how to mangage my frustrations, etc. i am looking for answers anywhere and every where. i have something very similiar to you. i have one day that i cant stop going with sever cramping, and then take immodium to stop it, then constipated for 4 days and so on. it takes so much out of you,i also get very tired from an episode. i do know the one thing that does help somewhat is citrucel for me. i am just now learning to take more and that should help my ibs. i also take librax and zantac. i found a lot of interesting information on this site. i am going to try the recipes as well as the teas, heat remedies etc. today was a bad day for me , so feeling depressed also. well anyway hope this message helps you alittle good luck Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
