I'm sorry to hear that you're having so much trouble I know there's lots of people here who will be able to help you. I can totally understand how you're feeling, I have the same problem where I will have one bad day of D followed by 5-6 days with C, it's so frustrating! I'm just trying to really focus on Heather's diet and following it without cheating! I've gotten the impression that it does take awhile to get your body back on track...but it will happen! Do you take a fiber supplement? These are very helpful for alternating D and C because they stabilize the intestines and help keep you regular. I myself have only recently started taking Heather's Acacia (after trying Metamucil but finding it caused too much gas and bloating) and I'm really hoping it's going to help. If you don't currently take a fiber supplement, I would definately recommend trying one, and starting at a low dose so it doesn't give you bloating and gas. Hope you feel better soon!
