I did that for 6 months, Su. SIX MONTHS! I'd feel better, forget to care about the diet... and then get sick again. I felt like a moron. Glad to know I'm not a moron and am only human. Thanks for making me feel better!
Just FYI, I've been strict for about a month now and feel GREAT! No major issues. It's quite lovely, really. This time I'm not even truely tempted to cheat 'cause I know the end result. I guess you can teach an old dog new tricks!
