Hey Su... sorry about that. Don't feel too much like an idiot. I eat stuff that's going to cause me pain all of the time. Sometimes its a trade off. If I'm exhausted and I have to be awake and alert in class I'll drink caffine even if I know it's not going to be pretty later.
And yes, a severe attack makes me exhausted the next day. Hopefully you'll be feeling up to snuff soon!
