I actually feel bad posting this as I know that there a few people who have trouble with their families "believing" their IBS. But I just have to share.
Tonight my step mom called me to ask me what my grandma should make at our Easter Brunch in two weeks. She has told my step mom to tell me that whatever I need made is fine! Omigosh! It is so nice!
On the one hand I feel bad for asking them to make me something special, but on the other very happy that they are taking this seriously. It is so nice of them. She is gonna make me some salmon and potatoes and everything.
And she will make everyone else her usual brunch of deer sausage, sauerkraut perogies with cream of mushroom sauce, pancakes with whipped cream, some hashbrown thingy with cheese and cream of mushroom soup. I love my grandmas cooking, especially the brunches, but I guess I should be happy with my princess like treatment LOL.
I am sorry if this bothers those of you who has family troubles, I truly never meant to seem as though I am rubbing your noses in this post. I just truly wanted to share with you all because you all understand how difficult it is to go to peoples houses and try to figure out a way not eat their food without offending them.
