I just recenlty was given some tapes of this Dr. and he's remarkable, he has like 10 degrees and is a bio-chemist and a nutritionist and M.D., anyway his finding in a lot of his food products are a lot like Heather's. It's a ten tape serious and I've only had time to listen to the first two tapes, but wanted to post a heads up, he highly recommends Stevia, for those that can use it and insists that no one ever eat sugar substitutes, for really scarey reasons, anway he does mention not cooking food in aluminium, it's a harsh GI stimulant, by cookware that is stainless steel or something else. I've heard this before, just wondered if anyone had heard of him. I can't wait to hear the rest of the tapes.
