Hi Kelly,

Are you getting enough water? It doesn't seem like you have that much insoluble, so I'm wondering if you don't have enough, then you end up C, then your bowel gets fed up with it, then forces the D on you. I'm sure there's a better way to explain that, but that's in my terms.

Anyway, maybe try a smoothie with some pureed fruits in the am. Or maybe some veggie soup for lunch.

Then again, you may be getting more insoluble in on a different day.

Hope you get it figured out soon. Let us know how your appt goes Thursday.
