Bev, I'm glad your breakfast is settling well so far! I completely understand the agony of not being able to have pancakes. I went out to breakfast with my family last weekend after my cousin's wedding. Everyone else ordered the breakfast buffet, with french toast, scrambled eggs, sausages, apple turnovers... and the ONLY thing I could have was a specially-ordered bagel with some jelly on it. Sigh. But it was good to be with the fam, and I felt great afterwards, so I guess that's what's important. Personally, I think you made a good decision by passing on the pancakes. Way to have will power Bev!!
