Carob?       03/23/04 11:24 AM Edit Reply Quote Vicam Reged: 02/24/04 Posts: 1955 Loc: Ontario, Canada Hello, I was in a health food store the other day and saw both sweetened and unsweetened carob chips that looked like chocolate chipits. Is this something that would be IBS-safe? Also, does anyone know how well they cook? For example, to make chocolate chip cookies or muffins...are they a good substitute? Thanks!
