Hey Bev, Thanks for the list, that's great to get me started. I found I was having the most trouble with the spices...I've never seen a spice in my life! (unless plain ol' salt counts ). So, I went to the Bulk Barn and stocked up, now I just need to get a spice rack or something as everything is all in little plastic baggies, not horribly organized. So, thanks for getting me started, I really appreciate it! Kelly
