I don't take it because I can't get it locally and would have to order it to be shipped to me. I personally take Ultra Flora Plus DF (that means Dairy Free) by Metagenics. It's hard to find at a lot of places but can be gotten via the net as well. If you start taking ones you get at the local health food store check for an expiration date and make sure they are refrigerated and store them that way at home too. In a pinch I've bought all sorts of different brands. They seem to be ok.........I just have to take more of them to equal the amount of live culures I have in my regular brand. -------------------- Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
