Since I take a probiotic that suggests taken with meals that gets taken at the same time. It could be this combination---- besides taking either acacia or sol. fiber tabs right before a meal, and keeping the diet low fat with a high soluble fiber food base--------is the reason why I'm doing so very well. Bean-zyme is a less expensive galactosidase supplement you can order on line. Do a search. "GAS", a sublingual tab by Hylands can be taken after the meal if the gas starts and you'd forgotten to take the Beano at the beginning of the meal. -------------------- Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
