Got some Equalactin...now a question...       03/21/04 06:00 PM Edit Reply Quote Vicam Reged: 02/24/04 Posts: 1955 Loc: Ontario, Canada Ok, my Dad just called to let me know he went to the States and got some Equalactin for me so I'm pretty excited to give it a try. What I'm wondering is, do I start slow with that the same as with the Acacia. I know Bev for one has mentioned how she likes to take it when she feels at attack coming on or when she's going to eat out...would that be ok for someone who's just adjusting to taking fiber? I'm only at 1/2 teaspoon twice a day with the Acacia, so I didn't know how much the Equalactin would affect me. Thanks! Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
