Beano and Other Digestive Enzymes?       03/21/04 03:59 PM Edit Reply Quote Vicam Reged: 02/24/04 Posts: 1955 Loc: Ontario, Canada Does anyone know if it's ok to take Beano as well as other digestive enzymes at the same time? I picked up Beano to help with the foods that really give me trouble, but I know it's all enzymes and I already take a digestive enzyme before my heavier meals and I'm not sure if it's ok to mix them. The one I take is Jamieson Digestive Enzyme and it includes the following: Papain 50mg, Bromelain 30mg, Lipase 30mg, Amylase 50mg, Lactase 30mg, Cellulase 15mg. Calcium gluconate to neutralize excess acid, Peppermint Leaf and Fennel complex to calm upset stomach. If anyone knows if this would be ok that'd be great!
