IBS-Safe Sausage?       03/21/04 01:59 PM Edit Reply Quote chigal Reged: 08/04/03 Posts: 43 Loc: St. Louis, MO I think I just wrote an oxymoron! Anyhow, since I have been pretty stable, I've been trying to adapt some old recipes to the IBS diet, and I think I've nailed my old jambalaya recipe! Since there's a ton of rice in it, I've actually added chicken or turkey andouille sausage with no problems, but I know that there must be some "no-no's" in it (dark meat and skin, not to mention a high-fat content).
