The docs say that what happened was that I got the flu, and with IBS I just really irritated my stomach, so no matter what I ate, I couldn't digest. I haven't thrown up now for about a month. I don't know if this is kind of what happened to you or not, but I hope it goes away soon! I'm glad you're going to the doctor.
