Hiya!
Wow, good for you! I went to the Sainsbury's near us yesterday and saw all the Easter stuff and kept thinking, "Maybe a little chocolate would be alright..." but luckily, I steered myself towards the bread aisle and got some delicious... white bread... Well, anyway...
If you are looking for frozen deserts in the UK, I found some soy ice cream type stuff at the Health Food Store (Holland and Barrett), but I haven't tried it yet as I am trying to get into soy stuff slowly and might sit and eat the whole lot.
Good luck with keeping up the good behaviour!

Oh, PS. When I first moved to England, my boyfriend used to always say he was "well chuffed" with things and I didn't have a clue what he was talking about! Now I use it when I call my family in Canada and they don't know what _I_ am talking about - oy!!
