I think it's a great idea. Why don't you post in the hypnotherapy board and see what people there suggest? I'm thinking in particular of Marilyn and/or ShawnEric, both of whom are extremely knowledgeable and have super suggestions.

I belonged to a women's group back in the '70's when we were all having to deal with the Women's Movement and hubbies who were fighting it. (Don and I were very close to splitting up over it.) I got a LOT of help from that group and the psychiatrist who held it. I wouldn't hesitate a second if I found a good psychiatrist and had a referral from my doc.
