I have a new favorite now: Italian cookies! The ones I picked up this weekend are Stella d'Oro anisette toast ( web link) and some imported amaretti. They're both really good for dunking in homemade soy chai lattes, but they're also good for impromptu snacks at work.
The only problem is that they're so low fat that I'll eat them at any time. Hmmm, might be better for me to have some non-safe cookies so I can only eat them after a healthy meal... >eye roll<
