Healthy Advantage       03/17/04 11:58 AM Edit Reply Quote Bevvy Reged: 11/04/03 Posts: 5918 Loc: Northwest Washington State When I was living in Canada, I bought Healthy Advantage margarine. Wish I could remember the ingredients, but I don't. I do recall it was good to cook with, was pretty good-tasting, and it didn't bother my tummy (although I used it sparingly). The thing you want to check for is the hydrogenated fat. Make sure whatever kind you buy is NON-hydrogenated. I don't think you can get Smart Balance up there, but I know it's non-hydrogenated. Too bad you can't get Soy Garden; it's FABULOUS! Oh wait! I just found an old Lactantia Healthy Advantage (nouveau Atout Sante) container (I never throw ANYTHING out!). It IS non-hydrogated and low in saturated fat (faible en gras satures).
