I have been having a hard time finding a soy butter or margarine. My local stores only have organic butter, and while they have soy cheese, milks and ice creams, no butter or marjarine So, I plan to scoure some health food stores when I'm off work this weekend, but in the meantime...are there better margarines than others? I'm so useless in the kitchen but I was just looking at my margarine and it doesn't look like it contains any dairy. here's the ingredients: Canola and/or/ soybean oil, hydrogenated soybean oil, water, salt, whey powder, soy lecithin, sodium benzoate, monoglycerides, artificial flavor, vitamin a, plamitate, vitamin d3, beta carotene, citric acid. Maybe I'm dumb and just missing something, but I dont' see any dairy??? Kelly
