(The 10 Commandments of Eating for IBS) You need to keep your intestines nice and full of soluble fiber... so MANJA!
You say you're following the diet on the weekends, right? If you're following it to the letter and it's helping, then you're not noticing symptoms after you eat on Sat. and Sun., I hope? That should help you gain confidence in eating at work. Why should it be any different!? Try eating really safe foods only at work, to start. Just so you can prove to yourself that it can be done. Go to your what to eat when you can't eat anything standbys. They're proved safe! And keep drinking that peppermint tea!
