Let me clarify what I have babbled about. Sometimes I think people can read my minds and am shocked and confused when they can't!

Here's my breakfast every morning:
Get out blender
toss in 5-6 ice cubes
toss in 2 bananas
toss in misc. other fruit
toss in about 1/2 cup soy milk
Blend 'til a milkshake-y consistency
Add 1/3 cup 100% Soy Protein Booster powder
Add 1 tsp acacia
Blend some more (or stir, but I'm lazy!)

That's it. That's my smoothie! It's not from a mix or anything--- just from my fridge.

Did that clear it up, or am I still not answering your question???
