Peanut Butter

I'm blaming the peanut butter. That's what I had for breakfast yesterday morning. I love the stuff, so I eat the reduced-fat kind, but only ever-so-often because it's still high in fat. (I can't eat nuts because of my diverticulosis, so peanut butter is my only alternative -- and it's very satisfying.)

Anywho.... about a half hour after my breakfast of toast w/Jiff, I felt the cramps coming on..... Peanut butter is just SOOOO high in fat, it's almost impossible to eat just a "SMALL" amount and still keep it under our 25% limit. Besides, it sounds to me like your system is just real sensitive right now, so that even a "SMALL" amount of fat is more than it can digest.

I'd try eating as little fat as possible right now until you start feeing better. Shirl, did you ever check with Heather about her incredible peppermint caps? They might just do the trick for you.
