Soy Delicious Ice Creams...IBS Safe?       03/13/04 04:51 PM Edit Reply Quote Vicam Reged: 02/24/04 Posts: 1955 Loc: Ontario, Canada Hello! I'm very excited because I finally found a store that carries the soy delicious brand of ice cream, and while I couldn't find the mocha one everyone seems to rave about, I did get some that looked pretty good. What I'm wondering is, because of the fat content, are these still relatively IBS safe? Should I just eat them in small quantities only? Anyone had any bad reactions from them? Thanks Guys!
