Once you're stable, just start slowly with a fruit smoothie (see Heather's incredible berry - banana smoothie recipe) and some veggie soup, such that the veggies are chopped up and cooked real well (easy on the tummy to digest), and just have 'em with some soluble fiber (some French bread or sourdough -- yum!).
