.. in debating whether to drink or not this weekend. My guys are taking me out of town for my birthday with the rest of our friends for some 4-wheeling - over 20-30 people are expected to be camping with us. Everyone knows I don't drink and I'm even bringing all my alcohol that I've had in my cabinets that I haven't been able to touch since IBS. And we're hoping to get the campsite right next to the bathrooms!

However, I am dying for one glass of wine or something! We're leaving tonight and doing our grocery shopping on our way out, so I'm going to see if maybe they have those little miniture bottles of wine that I can take. I handled one glass of wine a night okay on my cruise last August so hopefully I'll be fine this weekend.

(And before anyone starts preaching - yes, I will make sure I eat tons of soluble fiber first.)

So maybe look for something a little lighter and low in alcohol? Hope this helps you and let us know how you did if you do decide to try it!
