Sorry, I don't have much advice for you. I haven't had a single drinks in months and months, and before that it was just a tiny glass of wine with dinner. I just want to say.... be careful! Even before IBS beer bothered me, it's so heavy and hard to tolerate. And in the evening, without a soluble fiber meal... ooh, you're making me crazy. Are you sure it's worth the way it might make you feel?? If they're real friends they'll understand if you just drink water.
