You can usually get rehydration sachets at the chemist. They're usually with the indigestion/diarhoea remedies. Can't remember any brand names atm - having a senile moment ! Some of them contain artificial sweeteners which isn't good, but they can still help if you're having a really bad time.

Or make up your own "sports" drink - get a nearly full galss of water, add a little bit of fruit juice and pinch or two or salt. Stir and drink. A physiologist recommended this to me before I was diagnosed with IBS when I was having severe problems with dehydration.
