I have tried it for a while. It does work for relieving stress but is not a miracle worker. Passion Flower is a pretty good calming extract. Passion flower should be talked about by an expert though. All I know is what I read. From my expiernces it has helped though. I would take it only when I need it Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
