I too have diverticulosis. I had my first diverticulitis attack about 2 years ago and my second a year ago. Seems I just couldn't stop eating seeds and nuts. (Unfortunately, I finally cut them out of my diet. Rats.

)

So how are you doing now? What are you doing to prevent another diverticulitis attack?

Thanks for your kind words. This really is an incredible place to be. I've gotten SOOO much better since I came on board.
