Don't know why I didn't reply the other day. Odd.

Anyway, my best rule is that SUSHI IS SAFE! (at least, is is for me!)

That's great news, 'cause all of the semi-urban places I've been have somewhere to go get some sushi. Since I don't do wheat, I am even more limited than I had been! To know that there's sushi out there is reassuring. (However, my brother and his family live in the country. I love the country. Absolutely love it. But they look at you like you're nuts if you ask for a sushi place out there! It may keep me from moving somewhere rural like I had always planned.... Or I'll have to learn to make sushi!
