There are a lot of other problems that have similar symptoms, so it's the only way to know for sure. That said, I'm also C and get those occassional attacks where I sweat and feel like I'm going to die, so I know just how agonizing that can be. Honestly, though, since starting this diet I get them less and less and for the most part the contipation isn't as bad as it used to be. Give Heather's diet a try, I bet it will do wonders for you. Feel free to ask us any questions that come up.
