Hi Girlfriend!
I just sent you an e-mail and answered this in it. As you know, I am also a D. I have taken Nu-Lev, Hyoscyamine, Lotromin, and Donnatal. Nu-Lev did nothing. Lotromin also did nothing for the cramps, but did take care of the diarrhea. Hyoscyamine works if my cramps aren't bad, but when they're really, REALLY bad, I take the Donnatal.
I keep a supply of all these meds and some Equalactin and Fennel tea in a little bag in my purse; I call it my emergency medicine cabinet. I very seldom need to resort to it, but I feel real good having my "security blanket" with me at all times.
As for anxiety meds, Michael's program is SOOOO much better than any prescription!
