Yep, Egg Beaters are a lifesaver. I use them in everything now, and even make scrambled eggs out of them.

I do use canola oil in my breads and muffins, but if it's not already an IBS friendly recipe I usually have to substitute unsweetened applesauce in place of some of the oil, since the fat in the oil can be a trigger. Heather taught me a great rule of thumb... it's okay to have up to 1/4 cup of oil per loaf of bread/typical batch of muffins, but anything over that and it's best to make up the rest with the applesauce!
