italian bread       03/04/04 11:12 AM Edit Reply Quote louise Reged: 02/05/03 Posts: 836 Loc: canada mornin'; is italian bread soluble fibre? I had it with some french toast this morning and it seemed to unsettle my stomach. i JUST had a bit of egg, the recipe called for just ONE EGG, for the whole recipe and I didn't use it all, maybe a quarter of it with soy milk. Soy milk is ok. for me. that's it. a sprinkle of cinnmaon on top. Oh yeah, cooked in olive oil. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
