I have been on 1t. for some time(noy yet moved up to 2t.) and the effect seem to be diminishing so I upted it to 2t. I was going to anyway. Also about the waffles, the box says 45 grams of fat per serving. Sounds too much to me, is it? Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
