Salmon Discovery: A Fish Story       02/28/04 04:30 PM Edit Reply Quote Bevvy Reged: 11/04/03 Posts: 5918 Loc: Northwest Washington State Have you guys seen the new frozen Gorton's Classic Grilled Salmon? I don't mean the breaded stuff, I mean the plain grilled filets. Hubby and I just tried them, and they're absolutely delicious. Each filet contains 410mg. of Omega-3! They're a little expensive ($2.47 per package), but that's only $1.24 each, not bad really. They sure are quick and easy to fix (but caution: they contain MSG). I served them with some fresh lemon slices, a little rice and some frozen peas. Yum.
