Re: I need help       02/26/04 05:12 PM Edit Reply Quote ali.b Reged: 02/25/04 Posts: 1 Help-I've had IBS for years and found Heather's book 2 years ago-it has been a God send and I had been symptom free for a long time following her guidelines. Now, my worst symptom is back and it is very hard to live with. I have the worst gas of anyone I've ever know-never in the morning-always in the afternoon and evening-it doesn't matter what I eat-I embarrass myself where ever I go and it is killing me. I use Citricel every day and am now on a mild anti-depressant as this has helped in the past. Does anyone know of any presciption that can help me?
