How long has it been? It's been 2-1/2 months for me so far. We already talked about this, didn't we? See what happens when you get old? Did we also talk about coffee "ice cream"? I hope I'm not being repetitious -- but my fave dessert is Soy Dream frozen non-dairy Mocha Fudge. Oooooh Baby! It tastes more like coffee than chocolate and does in fact contain coffee, but it's way down on the ingredient list. It doesn't bother my tummy and really satisfies my coffee craving. I have to drive all the way down to the health food store to get it, but it's well worth the trip! About those egg rolls. Safeway carries a brand of frozen egg rolls -- I wish I could remember the name -- that is IBS-safe; they're not deep-fat fried. Okay, they're not as good as I get at our favorite restaurant, but pretty darn close. I have two of them with some white rice; yummy!
