Question about Insoluble Fiber

I find that I'm really having a hard time incorporating insoluble fiber into my meals. I would like to know how many servings of insoluble we need in a day, and how much is a serving. Is there a list somewhere of insoluble fiber foods to choose from? I'm just really having a hard time with it. I'm pretty much not eating any insoluble and I'm worried about that. But, I just feel confused on how to do it safely. Any ideas on how to correct this problem? Any step by step thorough guidelines anywhere? I really don't know what the heck I'm doing as far as this goes at all!!
