Heather...or anyone Need some serious advice       02/23/04 09:14 AM Edit Reply Quote nurturingkneads Reged: 04/01/03 Posts: 370 Loc: NC,USA My blood test are back and my triglycerides are a little elevated and the nurse said I need to cut out junk and simple sugars....these are her words not mine....pastas etc chips(which I dont eat)cookies,cakes pies, i can understand the cakes cookies etc but PASTA? why or is she confused.
