Spice Islands is available at any grocery store. They're expensive, so, as I said, I initially buy the pretty bottles of the stuff, then when I run out I buy the cheaper version to re-fill the empty Spice Islands bottles. I think some of my bottles are 30 years old!
Hey, Girlfriend -- I keep forgetting to mention the bread bases. See page 34, middle of page, "Create special flavored breads easily." When you get your new bread machine, you'll have to try these bases, which you add to your basic bread recipe. They turn a plain recipe into something fantastic. I bought the sample pack and tried them all -- well worth the money. My fave is the Apple & Spice. YUM!
