No, I've never tried their scones or mixes (although they sound yummy). I keep my flour in air-tight clear glass decanters with the rubber gaskets and wire clamps. Flour that I don't use often goes in the fridge, and if it's been in the fridge a long time, then I toss it. It's just me -- but I don't like to keep anything that's old (except hubby of course). I think you'll probably go through all that flour pretty fast when you get your bread machine. (You'll need to get their yeast, though.) Are you going to buy the machine from them? It's a little costly; you can do a lot better with a Breadman Ultimate -- if you like it of course. I got mine on sale at Bed, Bath & Beyond; I think we paid $99.
