I know when i went for a GI, I was given barium, and it plugged me up, boy. I went a good 2 weeks with no bm! i was so used to d though, that i wanted to call and ask for more! i dont get bloated (thank goodness) Instead when i get constipated, i just hemmroids, which is no picnic eathier but its tolerable. Until you have a bm, fill up on that fiber and stay strong and positive.
