On weekends, I try to just eat on the same schedule, but off by a few hours.Does that make sense? I try not to eat bigger meals, which tend to be a trigger for me, but sometimes that's hard if everyone wants to go to brunch! Also I try to have a snack and some citrucel before I go to bed,if I know I'll be sleeping late. I think that skipping meals and an empty tummy must be a trigger because this also happens to me if I don't have time for lunch or miss a snack, etc. -------------------- --Julie Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
