Fribromyalgia & IBS       02/15/04 08:23 AM Edit Reply Quote dajolin01 Reged: 01/30/03 Posts: 5 HI! I wasn't sure where to post this so I thought I would start here. I frequent this site for the great recipes and support offered but have not posted much. Heather's books have changed my life! I have had IBS for a very long time and have been living a much healthier and functional life for almost two years now...thanks to my new way of eating/living. In a past newsletter I read an article about Fibromyalgia and IBS. I never thought that could be what was causing all of my pain but just this past week I was diagnosed with Fribromyalgia. I thought since so many people with IBS suffer from this condition someone might be able to clue me in as to where you have found help. Books? Websites? Medications? Diet? What foods are not ok compared to what we eat for IBS? Support groups? I am very grateful for any information that can be passed my way! Thank you! Dory Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
