Quick Oatmeal fiber ratio question       03/29/03 06:13 PM Edit Reply Quote ConcreteAngel Reged: 02/12/03 Posts: 612 Loc: New Jersey,USA i noticed that plain a serving of plain oatmeal is 2 grams of insoluble fiber and 1 gram of soluble fiber. is this okay?
