Eat your tangerine after a good soluble fiber base, such as French bread or sourdough.

I get my fennel from Heather. It's much fresher -- and a lot milder than the tea bag stuff at the health food store. I mix it with Heather's peppermint, which is incredible, and brews into a nice cup of tea. And, by the way, Heather's fennel is a lot cheaper than the tea bags!

If you prefer the tea bags, look for Celestial Seasoning's "Tummy Mint" -- you can get it at the health food store, and it's the best tasting of all the other tea bags with fennel in them.

Hypnosis -- at least MICHAEL's hypnosis -- is incredible, so many of us got a lot better as a result of going through his program, and I am one of them. I finished his program last month and am going to do another program of his in 2 more months. Go to the website just to the left and check it out. Michael is a Godsend!

As for chicken wings, dark poultry meat and skin are triggers. If you can't tolerate them, try white chicken meat instead.

Good luck,
Bev
